NLP stands for ‘Neuro-Linguistic Programming’.
It can assist you in re-framing your self-talk and realising your full potential. We can assist you with everything from chewing your fingernails to overcoming despair, anxiety and achieving your life objectives.
Stopping smoking/vaping, weight control, stress relief, phobias, anxiety, depression and student stress management are some of the other areas in which we deal.

A conversation with a practitioner on a Zoom call to understand your background and history of addiction and your reasons for now being seeking support.

Deep Relaxation
There is nothing better then feeling truly “relaxed”. Our deep relaxation hypnosis session will take you deeper into relaxation than you have ever been before and help you wash away all the cares and worries of everyday life.

Removing Phobias
All of us have fears. Some fears, however, can disrupt our ability to live comfortably or to function normally. Our Removing Phobias service allows you to quickly be free of the limitations these phobias have on your everyday life.
NOTE: A consultation prior will confirm if it is safe to remove this phobia for you.

Limiting Beliefs & Limiting Decisions
We often subconsciously place limits on what we believe we can accomplish. In these sessions, you will learn to recognise and overcome the unconscious constraints you have placed on yourself, allowing you to break through any obstacles standing in the way of your personal or professional success.

The Breakthrough programme is the key to success in every aspect of your life; by using it, you will be able to realise your full potential.
Five topics will be covered in each session: relationships, careers, finances, health and *****

We will break down each milestone into two three-hour sessions.
